Meet Our New Staff
In this post, we would like to briefly introduce you to our newest members of the At Home Store family.
Gina
Gina is a former college professor with a background in Early Childhood Education. A Fairfield resident for eighteen years, she was a regular customer of the At Home Store before joining us as a staff member, adding her own friendliness and expertise to the fold.
In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, gardening, and "attempting" to cook. She especially likes the various pasta products offered at the At Home Store; they are so tender and fresh-tasting.
Angela
After spending over a decade in Tokyo, Japan, Angela moved to Fairfield and began a new chapter of her life. A lover of all things of beauty and quality, she was instantly taken in by the charming atmosphere of the At Home Store. She is now training to be a manager and discovering Fairfield's community along the way.
Angela enjoys entertaining, which consists largely of cooking and decorating! She also loves all things rosy, particularly the Panier Des Sens line of bath and beauty products.
Skye
Skye is both an avid reader and skilled knitter. He is also quite an accomplished baker, having made several varieties of delicious cookies from Magnus Nilsson's The Nordic Baking Book. He loves all of the yarn at the store and is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of knitting.
Ben
Ben enjoys walking and reading in his spare time. Though he hasn't touched knitting needles for some time, he would like to pick the hobby back up in the future. His favorite items at the store are all of the European snacks, as they help him feel connected to the wider world. He particularly enjoys the stroopwafels.
